NYS Collection Warranty policy is to provide friendly and timely service for all warrantable items as defined by the provisions of the warranty and in accordance with the procedures outlined on the warranty page.

With our Warranty Program you can always count on NYS to replace or resolve any issue with your favorite sunglasses or readers. We understand how important style can be and with this program you’ll never go a day without your Shades!

All requests are subject to availability of product. If item requested is out of stock or no longer available, NYS Collection will provide a merchandise credit or similar style in its place.

There are no limits to the number of warranties redeemed or requested.

Replacement fee for claims under warranty:
