RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund your pair of sunglasses as follows:

  • Refunds are only available for sunglasses purchased online. Please contact us directly at 855.789.1000 for more information.
  • You cannot return merchandise bought on the NYS Collection Eyewear website at our retail locations. All such returns/exchanges must be returned directly to us by mail.
  • All returns must have original tags and packaging.

FOR RETAIL WEBSITE RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Please fill out the “Return” section of the “Return and Exchange Form” that was included in your package and enclose the item(s) you are returning. Please be sure to indicate if you would prefer a refund or to make an exchange for a different color or item. Kindly provide the reason for your return or exchange using the codes on your invoice. If performing an exchange, please fill out the “Exchange” portion on the form as well.

Return Address – Please send your package, including the “Return and Exchange Form” via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return subject to your compliance with our Return and Exchange Policy. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Special offers shall be voided by a return/exchange or cancellation. Refund or exchange requests not in compliance with our policies will not be honored. 

 

SHIPPING

We offer FREE ground shipping in the contiguous US.  Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International is $25.

Yes!  Three-day expedited shipping is available for an additional $19.95.  You will receive your sunglasses within 3 days after your order is complete. 

 

ORDERING

You sure can.  After your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information or log in to our website to track your order through your customer record.

Sure!  If you love a frame (and why wouldn’t you?), you can order it with a prescription.  It will come with polycarbonate lenses, and offer scratch protection, Anti-Reflective Coating as well as 100% UV Protection.  The cost for prescription glasses start at $95. Please see the Prescription FAQs for more information.

MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

We stand behind the following Lifetime Warranty:

If your pair of sunglasses are damaged, you may return it in exchange for a similar pair. When redeeming the warranty for your specific pair(s), please return them with a personal check or money order in the amount specified below. We do not accept cash.

NYS Collection Sunglasses – $8.95 USD
NYS Collection Signature (Polarized) – $12.95 USD
NYS Collection ELITE sunglasses – $18.95 USD

Warranty Address – Please send your package, including payment via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.

If your pair is ever damaged, you can redeem the warranty and receive a replacement pair of the same style by returning your damaged pair to any NYS Collection® location.

When redeeming the warranty, please have your original sales receipt.
There is no limit to the amount of times you can redeem a warranty.
The cost for each warranty exchange is only $18.95.

Warranty claims not in compliance with our policies will not be honored.
