Can I track my order?

You sure can. After your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information or log in to our website to track your order through your customer record.

Where else can I purchase sunglasses?

In addition to our online store, our products are also available at any NYS Collection Eyewear retail location throughout the US and worldwide. Visit our NYS Store Locator at the bottom of our website or click here.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer FREE ground shipping in the continental U.S. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International locations are an additional cost of $20.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! Expedited shipping is available for all orders at an additional cost of $19.95. You should receive your order within three days from time of purchase.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund your pair of sunglasses as follows:

  • Refunds are ONLY available for sunglasses purchased online.
  • You cannot return any merchandise bought online to any of our retail locations.

Please use our return/warranty form and we will contact you right away to move forward with the process.

How do I apply for a return?

You can use our return/warranty request form to begin the process. Once received, someone from our customer service team will assist with your return.

With our Warranty Program you can always count on NYS to replace or resolve any issue with your favorite sunnies. Weunderstand how important style can be and with this program you’ll never go a day without your sunnies.

Compliance
  1. There are no limits to the number of warranties redeemed or requested.
  2. Warranty claims not in compliance with our policies will not be honored.
  3. If your pair of sunglasses are damaged or defective, you may receive product credit for the same pair or credit for a similar pair based on availability at time of warranty request.
