ORDERING

Can I track my order?
You sure can.  After your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information or log in to our website to track your order through your customer record.
Can I order prescription sunglasses?
Sure!  If you love a frame (and why wouldn’t you?), you can order it with a prescription.  It will come with polycarbonate lenses, and offer scratch protection, Anti-Reflective Coating as well as 100% UV Protection.  The cost for prescription glasses start at $95. Please see the Prescription FAQs for more information.
I know I can purchase sunglasses online, but where else can I buy them?
In addition to our online store, our eyewear is also available at NYS Collection Eyewear retail locations throughout the country.
 

SHIPPING

How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer FREE ground shipping in the contiguous US. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International is $20.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes!  Three-day expedited shipping is available for an additional $15 for prescription glasses and readers and $19.95 for sunglasses and non-RX glasses.  You will receive your sunglasses within 3 days after your order is complete.
 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

I am unhappy with my purchase. What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund your pair of sunglasses as follows:
  • Refunds are only available for sunglasses purchased online. Please contact us directly at 855.789.1000 for more information.
  • You cannot return merchandise bought on the NYS Collection Eyewear website at our retail locations.

About our NYS NEW YORK & SIGNATURE Warranties
We stand behind the following Warranty:
  • New York and Signature (Polarized) products are eligible for warranty replacement up to one year.
  • Warranties may be redeemed once per pair.
  • The processing fee for New York warranty exchange is only $8.95
  • The processing fee for Signature warranty exchange is only $12.95
  • Warranty claims not in compliance with our policies will not be honored.
If your pair of sunglasses are defective or damaged, you may receive a product credit for a similar pair.Please use our return/warranty request form and we will contact you to begin the process.
About our NYS ELITE Warranty
The NYS ELITE Eyewear® was inspired by those who believe in a lifetime brand. Each pair is individually handcrafted and designed for fashion as well as functionality. By using materials of unparalleled quality, the NYS ELITE Eyewear® delivers a pair of sunglasses that is truly built to last. Each pair of NYS ELITE Eyewear® comes with a conditional Lifetime Warranty. If your pair is ever damaged, you can redeem the warranty and receive a replacement pair of the same style by returning your damaged pair to any NYS Collection® retail location or online.
  • When redeeming the warranty, please have your original sales receipt.
  • There is no limit to the amount of times you can redeem a warranty.
  • The processing fee for Elite warranty exchange is only $18.95.
  • Warranty claims not in compliance with our policies will not be honored.
