How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer FREE ground shipping in the continental U.S. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International locations are an additional cost of $20.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! Three-day expedited shipping is available for all orders. For prescription glasses and readers its ill be an additional cost of $15. For sunglasses and other NYS Collection glasses it will be an. additional cost of $19.95. With expedited shipping, you can expect to receive your oder within three days after your order is complete.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund your pair of sunglasses as follows:

  • Refunds are ONLY available for sunglasses purchased online.
  • You cannot return any merchandise bought online to any of our retail locations.

Please use our return/warranty form and we will contact you right away to move forward with the process.

With our affordable Warranty Program you can always count on NYS to replace or resolve any issue with your favorite sunnies. We definitely understand how important style can be and with this program you’ll never go a day without your sunnies.

  1. There are no limits to the number of warranties redeemed or requested.
  2. Warranty claims not in compliance with our policies will not be honored.
  3. If your pair of sunglasses are damaged or defective, you may receive product credit for the same pair. May receive credit for similar pair based on availability at time of warranty request.
