NYS Collection prides ourselves in quality and customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will give you a prompt refund or exchange. No sale is final.
Refunds for items returned with in 45 days of purchase date will receive a full refund or exchange in the same form as the original payment. Refunds that are returned past the 45 days will be credited in the form of a merchandise credit.
Unfortunately, you cannot return merchandise bought on the NYS Collection Eyewear website at our retail locations. All returns/exchanges must be returned by mail.
ONLY WEBSITE PURCHASES VALID FOR REFUND. Any purchases that we made at any physical NYS Collection locations can only receive refund at that particular location. If your purchase was from the NYS Collection website (www.nyscollection.com) then a refund can be processed. Any returns/exchanges from NYS Collection locations must be exchanged for same style sunglasses, another style cannot be selected.
How to Return/Exchange
FOR RETAIL WEBSITE RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Please fill out the Return section of the Return and Exchange Form and enclose the item (s) you are returning. Please be sure to indicate if you would prefer a refund or to make an exchange for a different color or item. Help us improve our service by providing the reason for your return or exchange using the codes on your invoice. If performing an exchange, please fill out the exchange portion on the form as well.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Special offers may be subject to reduction by a return/exchange or cancellation.
